The WPIX project involved the extensive renovation of a significant portion of the 2nd floor of ‘The World’ building, famously associated with Clark Kent and Superman. WPIX, a decades long occupant of the space, undertook a complete overhaul, stripping the area down to the floor, ceiling slabs and bare walls. The News Set was newly created by FX out of Florida, while the News Nation set was designed by Seth Easter. Bruce Lawson provided Project Management services in collaboration with Fletcher Consulting.
